John Kerry - Moths in his Wallet ?

New York Post Online Edition: postopinion: "ONE of the surest ways to get the phones ringing on any Massachusetts talk-radio show is to ask people to call in and tell their John Kerry stories. The phone lines are soon filled, and most of the stories have a common theme: our junior senator pulling rank on one of his constituents, breaking in line, demanding to pay less (or nothing) or ducking out before the bill arrives.
The tales often have one other common thread. Most end with Sen. Kerry inquiring of the lesser mortal: 'Do you know who I am?'
And now he's running for president as a populist. His first wife came from a Philadelphia Main Line family worth $300 million. His second wife is a pickle-and-ketchup heiress.
Kerry lives in a mansion on Beacon Hill on which he has borrowed $6 million to finance his campaign. A fire hydrant that prevented him and his wife from parking their SUV in front of their tony digs was removed by the city of Boston at his behest. "
--- excerpt from NY POST by Howie Carr

If you read this entire article you will come away with the sense that JK has had a VERY VERY good life. It seems almost obscene for him to speak like he can relate to the poor and underprivledged in America. This article will give you some insight into Kerry's quality of the "very high life" if you please. And I don't mean Miller time.

The fireworks will really begin as the Republicans begin to peel back his voting record and his incredible left wing politics. He is further left than Sen. Ted Kennedy if thats at all possible. But nothing will compare to the field day they are going to have with all the tapes and footage back when he was the head spokesperson for Vietnam Veterans against the War. I can see the pictures of him now parading around with Hanoi Jane and his "hippie look". Lord knows what other stuff will be resurrected. Remember SDS Students for a Democratic Society? Hey... It's fair game. He brought up that timeframe questioning the President's patriotism.... what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Those of us who were around during the 60's have a long memory. We didn't forget.
The hypocrisy and inconsistencies that will come out over the next several months regarding Mr. Kerry will be daunting and probably shocking for the average American that does not have a clue about his record yet. Moderates and Independents... observe carefully.

Electability indeed ! His anti war activism in the 60s alone will be surprising for most Americans to behold. Won't that make for a warm and fuzzy feeling.... !!!
