At least the man has some real class to make this public statement. So... one less high profile court case for the talking heads to cover during prime time this month. Just as well. This one was getting old anyway. Stay tuned however for the civil case, in case that's your cup of tea. It won't be far behind. Will it be a slam dunk, or a lay-up for Kobe? Hmm...
